Prerequisite: Sophomore-level standing. Survey of legal, policy, and social psychological perspectives of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Overview of laws and public policies that provide the basis for diversity management, employment discrimination laws and affirmative action policies, the impact on workplaces, and management of global inclusive workforces.
