The nature of real and personal property; trusts, wills and estates; creditor's rights and secured transactions; government regulation of business; administrative law; insurance, and evidence. Topics may include taxation of income, arbitration in resolving contract disputes, and Rule 10 b-5 of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Offered annually.
