ART AND CULTURE OF GREECE

Course Description

Prerequisites: AAD 251 and AAD 252. The history of art in the cultural and environmental context of Greece from its beginnings in the Neolithic period, ca. 6000 B.C. through the Roman Conquest (first century B.C.). The architecture, sculpture, painting, and minor arts of Greece studied in their cultural context. Offered alternated years.
